Getting to know Snapkin: Matt's Meal (issue 1)...

"What have we got here?", some of you might say. Well, I'll tell you. This is Matt's dinner last night! Yeah that's right, he ate that! "And what is that?", some more of you might say. Well, that is a piece of toast covered in cheese then microwaved, then two hot dogs laid gently on top and microwaved again, and then covered in chili and cheese, he calls it "Chili-Cheese Y'all!". Now, Matt doesn't normally eat like this, but sometimes when it's late, cause Snapkin did a TNT anniversary show earlier that night, you need something to boulder up that gut. Also I'm betting that can of Chili must of stared at him a good long time before he broke and ate it. None the less, I'm sure many of you have been there, done that with food similar to what you see before you. "Well hell, why don't we eat together?", is what I'm sure all of you are thinking now...well we will soon!
P.S. the hot dogs do happen to be Tofu dogs (better for him and better for the environment!)

I think the important thing is that we will always know where we stand.....and we will be featured in an upcoming Major Motion Picture Documentry that is supposedly already up for an Oscar....and that's what it's all about, getting awards from other people for how awesome you are.......lame

Snapkin is super pumped to be performing with one of our favorite improv groups tonight at TNT! Come out and see the boyz of Snapkin join forces with the ladiez of Michael Clarke Duncan. The show kicks off at 8pm, we go on at 10pm & there is a JAM to follow at 11pm. Sounds like a night to remember!

What up friends? Snapkin is VERY proud to announce that we will be performing in the 11th Annual Del Close Marathon (Aug. 14-16) in New York City!



"Del Close was the driving force behind improvisational comedy in Chicago for over 30 years influencing Bill Murray, Tina Fey, Mike Myers, John Belushi, Chris Farley and the Upright Citizens Brigade to name a few. After Del's passing in 1999, the UCB started the Del Close Marathon to celebrate their mentor and keep alive his name and teachings for future generations."

Grant was scheduled to be the next Snapkin member to pull a drop by but unfortunately, someone asked him "what's the big deal with the Gamecocks?" and he launched into an awkward speech that ending with him crying his eyes his out while yelling, "They are just like me! They are my life! You don't understand! No one understands me! I wish I had a lisp like Lou Holtz!"

But the good news is Grant sent a friend, to drop by on his behalf. So welcome Wedgie Man:
